Terms of Service

By accessing or using Halos (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Halos is a platform that lets you create, configure, and deploy personal AI agents. These agents can connect to third-party services (with your permission) to perform tasks on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or agents.
• Use agents to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Calendar), you authorize your agents to access those services within the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Your agents act on your behalf based on the permissions and instructions you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions, particularly those that involve sending messages, making purchases, or modifying data in connected services.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We retain ownership of the Halos platform, its code, design, and branding.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by your agents.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data and agents will be permanently deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
